We have a large network of approved tradesmen and women who can resolves any issue that may occur. However our business model is to maintain properties well enough to ensure that where possible any unexpected issues are kept to a minimum through regular high quality regular inspections.

We offer services to individual property owners who, for example, wish to for us to maintain their property and resolve any issue they may have. We also offer property management services to landlords and this can range from managing the actual property through to a complete service where we let the apartment out on their behalf and collect the rent.

We also offer tailored services for entire block management for both residential and commercial properties. Typically these services include all of the above but in additional we act as the middle man between the freeholder and the landlord and the tenant. Block property management when done badly can ruin a development and can cause property value to decrease and become empty as it may become unattractive to leaseholders or renters. At Prestige we believe that communication and transparency is key to a high and happy occupancy rate. We believe that property management companies should sit in-between the freeholder and the leaseholder. If the relationship is solely with the freeholder then the leaseholder feels that they have no voice. We go over and above to ensure everybody is happy. 

 No block is the same and therefore our services are tailor made to suit the freeholder’s requirements. However, as a minimum, all of our clients can expect to see the following services:

-       Service charge and ground rent collection

-       Quarterly inspections of communal areas

-       Control and arrangement of all maintenance requirements

-       Arrangement of all cleaning and gardening requirements

-       Liaising with relevant services such as police, fire and neighbourhood watch

-       Only point of call for all leaseholders

-       Arrange and attend residents meetings
