Renovations can be stressful and we’re here to remove the pain. The first stage is to talk to you about the project. We’ll discuss your budget, the outcome you’re looking for and we’ll tie that in to out proven track record of successful renovating property.
Stage two will see us invite specific trades people into the discussions and start building the shortlisted trades into the proposal.
Stage three will see the development of the initial budget. At this stage we will adapt as necessary to ensure all requirements are met.
Stage four is the hands on renovation stage where the work will be carried out. As with all of the other stages we will project manage this throughout and ensure that what you get at the end is exactly what you dreamed of.
